Been working out much? Ellie Goulding showed off her biceps yesterday and is a keen runner, she revealed


She might have been leaving the ITV studios following a guest appearance on the Lorraine show, but Ellie Goulding looked like she was exiting the gym.

The Starry Eyed singer’s footwear might not have been gym friendly but her shiny Lycra tights and muscle T-shirt certainly were.

The 24-year-old strolled out of the studio in her peep-toe heels, showing off her very toned arms sparking comparison to Madonna’s bulging biceps.


Keeping fit: Goulding has also been announced as the new ambassador for SoBe, a range of vitamin infused water - which she is holding here


Perhaps Ellie has been inspired by the music legend to get fit and healthy for the upcoming summer.

After leaving the chat show, Ellie wrote on her Twitter page: ‘Was just on lovely Lorraine. Running/tattoos etc etc can be seen on facebook. Check out my awesome presenting skills. Ha’


Inspired by Madonna? Ellie showed similarities to the pop legend, who is famous for her muscles too


Ellie also revealed that she’s a keen runner and would be interested in living the Miami lifestyle of running along the beach.

She said: ‘I would love to live out there and run. I love the whole lifestyle.’

The platinum blonde star said she tries to run every day unless she’s too tired, adding: ‘It’s something I feel like, as long as I’ve got the mentality that running is part of my life and I have to do it to survive.

‘It’s like eating and sleeping. If I do miss a day, I just make up for it the next time I go for a run.’

And the keen runner even gives her fans the chance to jog along with her through her runs with Nike.

Who's That Girl? Madonna looked very chic and sophisticated as she stepped out in a pretty purple outfit in New York yesterday


We're so used to seeing Madonna dress like someone half her age that we almost didn't recognise her.

She looked more like her 52 years than she ever has as she stepped out in New York today to do some shopping.

The pop star looked very chic in a very pretty floral lavender dress which she had teamed with a lilac cardigan, tied in a knot at her waist.


Madonna topped the outfit off with an oversized black bag and towering pale purple shoes.

The demure outfit was certainly a far cry from some of the wardrobe choices she makes.

In recent weeks, Madonna has been going for a more mature look, as anyone at the recent fashion gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art would testify.

Dressing her age: Madonna ditched the 20-something attire for something more mature and becoming


On that night, which was dedicated to the late fashion designer Alexander McQueen, she looked sensational in a blue, floor-length silk Stella McCartney gown that was adorned with stars cascading down the back.

However, Madonna is usually seen dressing like a 20-something rock chick or in something that she should leave to her daughter Lourdes to model.

Take the Vanity Fair Oscars party, for example, when she arrived, with her teenage offspring, in a leotard covered with a lace, see-through dress which displayed her bottom.

Too much on show? Madonna has no problem flashing a bit of flesh, even in her 50s


In comparison, Lourdes was the more chic of the two in her aztec-print shift dress.

At the New York premiere of Nine in 2009, Madonna left little to the imagination in a low-cut black lace dress and when she opened her Hard Candy gym in Mexico last November, she wore a dress that did nothing for her at all.

Lady Gaga Releases Official ‘Judas’ Music Video - Watch

The wait is over.

The suspense has been building for a month.

There have been rumors, and we have seen snippets.

We have all heard the song a hundred times already, and yesterday the official Lady Gaga music video for her latest single “Judas” was released on YouTube and Vevo.

The traffic was initially too much for YouTube to handle and there were times when the video was unavailable or ran slow. In just 24 hours it has been viewed almost 3 million times. The video site Vevo was also overwhelmed for the first 12 hours after the release.

And for good reason. It is awesome.

While less bizarre than “Born This Way”, it does hold on to that religious overtones that Gaga herself has been putting out there for the last month.

It has crowns of thorns, bikers named John and Peter, crosses, a huge cast of dancers, lots of weird makeup, guys kissing, and an interesting part where Miss Gaga explores her fetish of water.

Or only criticism is that you can clearly tell she is lip-syncing through some parts of it due to the extreme camera angles and close-ups.

We also still think it sounds a lot like Madonna's "Express Yourself". So much in fact, we think the allegations of plagiarism may hold some merit.

But overall we love it.

Video - Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ and Madonna’s ‘Express Yourself’ Comparison – Plagiarism?

Lady Gaga is once again coming under pressure for copying Madonna.

This time the criticism comes in the form of a visual mashup between Gaga’s “Born this way” and Madonna’s “Express Yourself” music videos.

I have to say, the first time I heard “Born this way” it made me think of “Express Yourself” so I was not surprised to hear all the news and speculation of theft and plagiarism.

But it wasn’t until we saw this YouTube video putting the two songs side by side that it really started to sink in.

I would like to believe Gaga when she says this is all just a big coincidence, but the two songs are almost identical – even down to the dance moves, costumes and body language.

I can’t believe that someone in the Gaga camp did not pull her aside and say, “Look – it’s a little too close for comfort.”

The criticism has moved Gaga to tears and she denies she tried to copy Madonna – but the video tells a different story.

But all is fair in love and music I guess, because as Gaga was taking heat for copying Madonna, Weird Al Yankovic was taking money for copying Lady Gaga in his latest parody.

Regardless of who is right and who is the hypocrite, we suspect that once this video starts making the rounds the outcry will only grow louder.

Lady Gaga Has a Meltdown Over Madonna Plagiarism Claims – In Tears…

NME magazine sure knows how to put Lady Gaga on the spot.

In fact, they know how to bring her to tears.

It all went down during an interview with NME Magazine when Gaga was asked about the similarities between her song “Born This Way” and Madonna’s song “Express Yourself”

First, I have to say the first thing I thought after hearing “Born This Way” was that it sounded like Madonna.

The press hears it, her fans hear it, the blogosphere hears it, I hear it, and even Madonna has heard it. But Lady Gaga? Not so much.

Gaga responded by saying,

“I don’t think… I swear to you. I am not stupid enough to put out a record and be that moronic.”

Well, it’s not like they were accusing her of plagiarism – even though that seems to be the way she took it. As if she had heard the criticism before.

But it was too late. Gaga lashed out at the interviewer saying,

“No. Listen to me. Why the f##k…? I’m a songwriter. I’ve written loads of music. Why would I try to put out a song and think I’m getting one over on everybody?

That’s retarded. What a completely ridiculous thing to even question me about. I will look you in your eyes and tell you that I am not dumb enough or moronic enough to think that you are dumb enough or moronic enough not to see that I would have stolen a melody.”

Of course after using the word “retarded” everybody had to pile on.

The mental health charity Mencap criticized the singer over her use of the “R” word and started a big stink about how irresponsible it was. Gaga has since apologized saying it was "furiously unintentional".

Gaga continued to attack the magazine with,

“If you put the songs next to each other, side by side, the only similarities are the chord progression. It’s the same one that’s been in disco music for the last 50 years. Just because I’m the first f##king artist in 25 years to think of putting it on Top 40 radio, it doesn’t mean I’m a plagiarist, it means that I’m f##king smart. Sorry.”

When the topic turned to her new single “Judas” she started to break down and cry when considering what her fans think of the new song.

This entire mess has been clearly uncomfortable for Lady Gaga, but on a bright note – Weird Al Yankovic released his parody of “Born This Way” today.

You know what they say – imitation is the best form of flattery. Right? That’s been Gaga’s strategy all along – right?

Jerry Seinfeld's "The Marriage Ref" - Watch Preview

Its been a long time since we saw Jerry Seinfeld on television, but soon we will be able to watch his cumulative executive producer skills unfold on his new situation comedy/reality show "The Marriage Ref."

Set to debut after the 2010 Winter Olympics, the news is there will be appearances by Madonna, Sarah Silverman, Ricky Gervais and others. Tom Papa will head up the show as "The Marriage Ref"

A preview is scheduled for Sunday, February 28 following the Olympic closing ceremonies before the official premiere on Thursday, March 4 on NBC.

The show takes a funny look at the unpredictable and hilarious institution we call marriage.

Seinfeld and company showcases the funny and interesting situations surrounding single life in New York City. And married life takes center stage as celebrities, comedians and other Hollywood celebrities candidly comment, judge and decide who's right and who's wrong in real-life disputes between real-life spouses.

War Machine Colin Powell made a random appearance at the ironic 'Africa Rising' benefit, see link where programmed MMC Christina Aguilera made her first live performance since having a baby.

One new up-and-coming, expect to see a lot more from her in the future is Lady GaGa (7171 ,17, 7, Masonic G etc; note interesting info from wiki like she performed at the Oztralian Make Me a Supermodel [I have older sisters and have seen a few episodes of those type of shows and they are always loaded with the stuff I talk about]) and looks a lot like Christina (in terms of the hair and things). Here is some interesting stuff from wiki on her that to me suggests her MK'd existence (also plenty of evidence in her videos below):

But yeah, I really wanted to post the new Pussycat Dolls video (another one) which consciously ends with a small butterfly sitting on Nicole's hands, more suggestions of their MK. After this video (they are on the same label) just wait and Lady GaGa's ultra-symbolic one will play [this seems very random, it's part of the official video on youtube for some reason too), note the checkerboard, mirror, zebra, conscious one eye covering and the blue electricity bolt symbol thing below the eye that she always does, various others worth noting too.

This one 'Beautiful Dirty Rich' has her writhing inside a black/white elevator and other MK symbolism, also the occult $ bill features heavily, but the main theme in this is black/white zebra.

[I wanted to add Beyonce's and Ciaras new videos and others but no time tonight so I might just do some kind of MK'd singers who are portrayed as cyborgs type post] Also, this was always to be expected but it looks like Heroes is about to go Mind Kontrol Krazy with Hayden's mom being kidnapped and controlled (note that she mirrors everything the guy does, this is a standard technique used in MK I've written about a few times, and obviously the Marionette puppets and all that... shockingly blatant). Just a couple of screens [elluminati did a great post on the episode before this by the way] from that scene to finish. I have to say I'm enjoying this season much more than the previous ones, probably because just because it's all gone extremely dark and depressing though ;P (will not spoil with why) You hear Malcolm McDowell's (son of Royal Air Force worker; he named one of his kids Lily... it's worth bearing in mind that most/if not all of the actors you are watching in Heroes are likely MK'd) character talking about the New World Order!? [Others will probably post on this I'm sure so I won't go into other bits of the episode, just this scene because I've talked about Marionette puppets in MK a lot and resonates with my blog]

Standard uglyass, middle-aged, generally nasty looking programmer.

She is programmed to (obviously it will just be explained as the guys 'power', but again it's all about the subtext) mirror his actions.

Note all the fairy-tale type themes that is a big part of MK.

Marionette puppets are consciously focused on (it is cut to [just after half (one eye of) a clown doll thing is shown, not explained very well, Edit: originally had a video link here but the copyright fascists at NBC deleted it, here is a link to the character's wiki (Elle, played by Kristen Bell who is a person I really want to write up, inadvertently releases him), he caused a number of "suicides" etc], rather than the camera just panning straight to it, showing it is conscious and there's some intent behind it)... the next few episodes should certainly be interesting!

Madonna in the Land of the Dragon

Here is the video I was telling you about in this post, with Britney trapped in an elevator; sorry about the quality, will replace when a better one emerges.

Synching up to my previous post which went into the Order of the Dragon and the typical serpent/reptile symbolism that seems to pop up everywhere. No surprises really that Madonna would kick off her "Sticky and Sweet" tour in Wales [note dragon flag obviously; in Cardiff specifically, Torchwood home with it's hexagonal honeycomb logo and other things I forget] on August (8) 23rd in the Millennium Stadium, starting with Candy Shop [other mind controlled slaves like 50 cent also use the "candy shop" phrase, note his fractured glass/bullet hole album cover], her album is called Hard Candy also the name of a movie about pedophilia/models [note typical one eyed cover and fragmented face], Hard Candy is also the name of a porno flick starring Riley Mason [thinking of starting an x-rated "PseudOccult Porn" blog... might as well put my collection to good use!! probably not though, for now].

Seems like almost EVERY MMC's music concerts (Kylie, Madonna, Rihanna, Girls Aloud.. various others) are going for the bondage theme, 'tf is with that (not that I have a problem with it ^^).

Here we see the Kabbalistic Witch sitting provocatively on her double M throne holding a phallus naturally.
