Blake Lively Opens Up About Ex Penn Badgley

With all the attention surrounding her personal life, Blake Lively wants a timeout from the spotlight.

"People ask me why I don't tweet," the 23-year-old actress tells the July issue of Glamour. "Honestly, I'm so sick of myself."

(The new Us Weekly, out Wednesday, details Lively's sexy new romance and European adventures with Leonardo DiCaprio. Late Tuesday, the star also became the unwitting center of a supposed nude photo scandal; in a statement her rep told Us alleged photos storming the web are "100 percent fake.")

Whether people are talking about her ex-boyfriend (Penn Badgley) or her new man (DiCaprio), the Green Lantern star says she's never let public opinion affect her relationships.

"I have a strong sense of myself. That gives me a sense of security, you know? If I define myself by things that are always changing, like the public's opinion, or what I'm wearing, or what job I'm doing, there's no stability in that."

Besides, Lively points out, things are fine between her and Badgley, 24. "Every relationship you have, you're learning and growing and taking something from that," she says of her Gossip Girl costar. "So for me, it's never been too dramatic of a thing when something ends."

Boys aside, Lively admits there is another great love in her life: fashion. "Gossip Girl completely blew open the door to fashion for me. I'd go to fashion shows and call my publicist and say, 'Can I wear that?' I think I became my own stylist by not knowing any better. And once I was told it was time to get one, I thought, 'This is one of my favorite hobbies! And I'm going to pay someone to steal my hobby from me? That's a terrible idea!'"

After all, the California girl -- who noshes on chicken potpie from Tea & Sympathy before red carpet events -- says she prefers to let the clothes do the talking.

"I don't feel like I have to do so much with hair and makeup, because I'm the mannequin for these beautiful clothes, so I never want to do anything too distracting," she explains. "Most of the time, I put my hair in a ballerina bun, and I take it down and it's wavy, and then I leave. I feel shy when people are fussing on me."

It isn’t summer until the stars have been left shamefaced! This year, it’s Gossip Girl stunner Blake Lively who’s joining Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Greene, Hayley Williams and Kim Kardashian as the latest budding star caught with her pants down and her panties off in a humiliating sex scandal.

On Tuesday, five uncensored snaps of the formely clean-cut Lively posing completely nude in front of a bathroom mirror drifted away from the “safety” an Apple iPhone and hit the Interwebs with a splat. Apparently, Blake’s reached a pivotal milestone in her transition from bubbly Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress to doe-eyed big screen sex symbol.

The tousled hair, perfect features, and supposedly less-than-natural bust are all there, but do you think the lusty blonde featured in the nude pics is really Blake? Could we be looking at a bare-chested doppleganger? Channeling her inner pin-up girl isn’t the kind of behavior fans are used to seeing from the rising star, who won rave reviews for her portrayal of a doped-out single mom in Ben Affleck’s motion picture drama The Town. It was only last year that the leggy blonde, who also juggles duties as a Chanel spokesmodel, slammed reports that she would be stripping down to her birthday suit for an appearance on the pages ofPlayboy Magazine.

Goss Watchers can’t stop buzzing about Blake’s Nude Photo Scandal. “How did the images find their way online?” they ask. “Did the 23-year-old take the pics for ex-beau Penn Badgley or rumored new man, actor Leonardo DiCaprio?” others want to know. For now, Blake’s people aren’t talking. But we’ll likely hear the starlet’s side of the story in the weeks to come. Lively is scheduled to hit the promo track, making appearances on a host of television talk shows, to chat up the June release of her new superhero blockbuster, The Green Lantern, also starring Ryan Reynolds.

Blake Lively, Leonardo DiCaprio Together in Italy

Newly single Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted Sunday in Portofino, Italy with Blake Lively.

DiCaprio, 36, and Lively, 23, were caught hugging on a yacht Tuesday during the Cannes Film Festival.

Earlier this month, sources confirmed to Us Weekly that DiCaprio and supermodel Bar Rafaeli, 25, ended their five year relationship.

So are things really over for the Oscar nominated actor and Rafaeli? "They do this every two years," a source pointed out to Us. "They could be back together next week."

Lively ended things with Penn Badgley, her beau of three years and Gossip Girl costar, in September 2010.

Taylor Momsen, Jessica Szohr Leave Gossip Girl

Attention, Upper East Siders: Gossip Girl has two less ladies in its midst.

Taylor Momsen and Jessica Szohr have left the CW hit's cast, and will not be returning for the fifth season. After TVLine broke the story, a show insider confirms the news to Us Weekly.

Both Momsen (as little sister Jenny Humphrey), 17, and Szohr (as Brooklynite Vanessa Abrams), 26, had been with the show since its fall 2007 debut; TVLine reports that they have been invited to make future guest-star appearances.

The remaining Gossip Girl gang, however, is intact, with Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford all confirmed to return; actress Kaylee DeFer is also joining the permanent cast as Charlie Rhodes, cousin to Serena van der Woodsen (Lively).

Last November, Momsen -- who has kept busy with her band Pretty Reckless -- began an "indefinite hiatus" from the show amid numerous headlines about her shocking wardrobe and foul-mouthed interviews.

Drew Barrymore Caught Making Out With Gossip Girl Ed Westwick

Young "Gossip Girl" star Ed Westwick has been stirring the tabloid pot with some juicy gossip this week. Westwick was seen hanging all over Drew Barrymore around the New York City hot club scene last weekend.

Drew Barrymore, 33, and Ed Westwick, 21, were seen partying together until the early hours of the morning after leaving the Saturday Night Live after-party, says US Weekly magazine. One reporter commented, "They were definitely all over each other. It was on."

The lovebirds were seen again Tuesday night at a music concert at Webster Hall, where they proceeded to show everyone a full-blown make-out session before moving their romance to an after-party at the Bowery Electric, according to the magazine. "Drew was hanging all over Ed!"

Barrymore, known for her attraction to much younger men, has a history of being seen in public while displaying very intimate behavior. But there is one sticking point to this Drew Barrymore issue…

It's the rumor that never dies; Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick being a young, hot gay couple. It has also been reported that Crawford and Westwick were seen making out in a Los Angeles nightclub over the weekend.

According to the gay and lesbian magazine BGay, the two young actors were all over each other at a Los Angeles dance club Saturday, but the source couldn't confirm if they were just having a good time hanging out together, or if there was something more going on between them.

Rumors have been rampant for months that Westwick, and possibly Crawford, are gay.

You never know in young Hollywood. Sometimes what is good on Friday night is not as good on Saturday Night. And then again, maybe some people just like the best of both worlds.

Along with his "Gossip Girl" duties, Ed Westwick will be seen next year starring in the sci-fi thriller "S. Darko", where the story picks up seven years after the first film, when little sister Samantha Darko and her best friend Corey are now eighteen and on a road trip to Los Angeles when they are plagued by bizarre visions.

Drew Barrymore is currently filming the comedy "Whip It!" due next year. Drew is both starring and directing the film about an indie-rock loving misfit who finds a way of dealing with her small-town misery after she discovers a roller derby league in nearby Austin.

Chace Crawford has just completed work on the thriller "The Haunting of Molly Hartley" due October 31, about Molly (Haley Bennett), a seventeen-year-old girl who recently moved to a new town for a fresh start after her mother's terrifying psychotic break.
