Christina Aguilera's BF's DUI Charges Dropped

Two days after her divorce from Jordan Bratman was finalized, the L.A. County District Attorney officially rejected the DUI case against her current boyfriend, Matthew Rutler, citing insufficient evidence.

(Rutler, 25, was pulled over and arrested in March on suspicion of DUI; Aguilera was booked on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication.)

Law enforcement officials tell TMZ that Rutler's blood alcohol content was ultimately determined to be .06 at the time of his arrest, which falls under California's legal limit to operate a vehicle, .08.

Aguilera recently opened up to Us Weekly about her troublesome year, which kicked off when she flubbed the lyrics to the National Anthem during the Super Bowl.

"It's a life-uprooting time and there have been hiccups along the way that unfortunately the whole world gets to witness and judge," The Voice judge, 30, said. "In light of the past year, there have been obvious setbacks. I've gone through a really hard divorce, and anyone who has gone through a divorce will speak about how hard the journey is from start to finish."

Heather Locklear Arrested For DUI

Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night on suspicion of driving while impaired. The actress was pulled over while driving near Santa Barbara California.

Law enforcement officers told reporters that alcohol was not involved, which means they suspect some type of drugs, and are conducting tests to determine if Locklear was under the influence.

Locklear was released on her own recognizance, without having to post bail.

News reports said on Saturday that a witness saw Locklear driving irregularly while leaving a parking lot. A California Highway Patrol officer later located her car parked on the side of the road and blocking traffic near Santa Barbara, about 90 miles northwest of Los Angeles.

The officer believed Locklear was under the influence and arrested her.

Locklear gained television stardom appearing in the television shows "T.J. Hooker", "Dynasty", "Melrose Place" and "Spin City". Locklear will also be seen next year in the Miley Cyrus family comedy "Hannah Montana: The Movie".

She has also completed work on the musical drama "Flying By", about a real estate developer who goes to his 25th high school reunion without his wife, and finds his old teenage band playing - and joins.
